I focus on meeting you where you. Everyone comes into therapy with a different level of familiarity, different skills, and unique strengths. It's my job to help identify those skills and strengths, and help you build upon them.
I also believe therapy is a collaborative effort and I see myself as your guide. Together we'll address issues you're facing and discuss next steps to ensure your responses move you in the direction you want to go in life.
I am very solution focused. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Everyone is different and I incorporate many different treatment modalities. I specialize in treating adults, ages 18 to 95 using techniques base in CBT, DBT, ACT and Person Centered therapies.
